Back to Church Sunday is an initiative that aims to invite people we know back to church (and, of course, newcomers are invited too).
The initiative focuses on encouraging those who already attend church to help reach those who don't attend. A focus which Authentic author and Director of Share Jesus International, Andy Frost, is particularly passionate about.
In his book Losing Faith, Andy Frost asks 'Do you have friends you used to see in church every week but then gradually, imperceptibly, they stopped coming? Do you know what to say to these friends? Should you mention God, or not?'
In the book Andy brings together stories of individuals who have walked away and tackles these tricky questions and issues.
